You can fix it by adding following to your Caddyfile, doesn't matter where. Can be at the end or at the start.

{$FLUXER_CADDY_SITE_ADDRESS} {
        [...]
        handle /.well-known/* {
                reverse_proxy fluxer-api:8080
        }
}
