Selfhosted: Fluxer bot doesn't use appropriate platform branding and refers users to use wrong support email

Summary

I made a test report and marked it as solved which caused a DM from the system

Environment

There's no obvious self hosting version number Version 149.0.7827.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) Ubuntu 26.04 LTS

This is getting fixed in the next update btw! The system user has been rebranded to a dedicated "Megaphone" tab. image

The name is Fluxer after the new Update. There is the same name as last instead of a custom name for example

I could backport this as well already, for sure. But the recent changes are backporting certain critical things from my local work already.
