This has been fixed for some time now. Note that it loading the same emojis over and over is not harmful in this case: it shows "cached," meaning it merely pulled the asset for display on the "quick reactions" hover row from your local browser cache without hitting the server. The polling issue for the status page has been fixed, however, and soon it will no longer point to the main Fluxer status page but allow customising it (default off) for self-hosted instances too.
