Unable to save server settings on mobile PWA (missing "Save Changes" banner)
Summary
On the Desktop version of the app, a "Save Changes" banner appears at the top of the screen when server settings are modified. However, when using the PWA on Android and iOS, this banner (and the associated Save/Reset buttons) does not appear. This prevents mobile users from committing any changes made to their server settings (banner, icon, etc.).
Expected behavior
A notification/banner should appear (similar to the desktop app) informing the user they have unsaved changes, with a "Save Changes" button to apply them.
Actual behavior
No banner or button appears. The user is left with modified fields but no way to save the data before navigating away.
Steps to reproduce
Open the Fluxer PWA on an Android or iOS device.
Navigate to Server Settings.
Modify any field (e.g., change the Server Icon, Banner, or Idle Settings).
Observe the top or bottom of the screen for a save prompt.
