Issues with moving channel into new category on client

Summary

When I created a new channel category in a server, I couldn't drag a text channel into that empty category until I made a new channel in the new category and then the text channel in question was able to be dragged into the new category.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a new channel category.
  2. Try to drag a channel into that empty category, it won't go.
  3. Create a new text channel in the new category.
  4. Now you can drag more channels into that new category.
