(#566) Bug Fixed media

Summary

GIFs are saved as .mkv files in Media when starred from Tenor Search results in the GIF picker. They should be saved as .gif files like when they are starred from embeds so they can auto-play.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to GIF picker
  2. Search for any GIF in Tenor Search
  3. Star a GIF from results to save it to Media.
  4. GIF is stored as .mkv file in Media.

This doesn't seem to be an issue on the canary build, since starring gifs from Tenor Search results saves them to your Media as a link instead of a new file.
