Hovering over a message using a Bluetooth mouse on a mobile device doesn’t show the action bar

Summary

When hovering over a message on a mobile device using a Bluetooth mouse, nothing appears; when right-clicking a message, the action bar, time, and more actions tab show up. But when hovering over anything like the explore communities button, create a community button, download Fluxer button, help centre button, switch accounts, or statuses, respond to mouse hovering.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a mobile device and a Bluetooth mouse,
2. Go to Fluxer and set the site to desktop site,
3. Go to a dm or a server and try hovering over a message or right-clicking a message
