Can't interact with fluxer screenshare because of settings window

Summary

I have noticed that i cant interact with the screenshare window when i open settings, i have to close settings to interact with it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Watch a screenshare
2. Open settings with screenshare pip
3. Try to interact with screenshare pip with settings opened
4. Notice how you cant interact with the screenshare until settings is closed
