Fluxer window decorations cuts off the screenshare when PIP is being used

Summary

When you have a pip screenshare window floating around at the top it gets cut by the window decorations

Steps to reproduce

1. Watch a screenshare
2. Browse around fluxer with the screenshare
3. Notice when it is at the top the fluxer window decorations cut off the screenshare a bit
