UI cut off at minimum width window size
Summary
Inside of a any text channel, the UI on the right that corresponds to the current channel gets cut off when re-sizing the window down to its minimum width. That could be as follows, but not limited to: Gifs, Media, Stickers, closing a reply, ETC.
Steps to reproduce
Go to any text channel (I used the Fluxer HQ #fluxer-discussions for this instance)
Re-size the window to its minimum width.
Environment (optional)
stable build 423 (ae9940b), 2026-04-22 13:04:01 UTC, Electron 39.2.7, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop stable 0.0.8
