Sliders in Settings feel unresponsive

Summary

When changing any slider in settings they don't move with the mouse cursor but instead just are placed on the point of the Mouse you leave it at. (Pretty hard description, but here is a GIF) image I am not sure if this issue exists, i did search for a few terms like "slider" or "settings" but none matched my issue. Sorry if its a duplicate or known issue.

Steps to reproduce

Drag any Slider, at least for me that has no animation.
