Issues when downloading files with certain characters in their names

Summary

didn't see anyone else mention this, not a huge issue but something i noticed: whenever sending a file that has a ; in its name, downloading it removes the semi colon this is literally only relevant to me because of the fact config txt files from my gmod gamemode use semicolons in their naming structure ex: nz_gm_construct_dusk;latte_construct_test.txt -> nz_gm_construct_dusklatte_construct_test.txt I imagine this impacts other special characters but I haven't thoroughly tested this past the semi colon

Steps to reproduce

1. Send a file in any environment that has a semi colon within its name
2. Download it :D
