Summary
When a user is timed out, they remain connected to voice channels (VC) instead of being disconnected or muted.
Expected behavior:
Timeout should optionally restrict voice participation (mute or disconnect)
Actual behavior:
User stays in VC and may still be connected unless manually moderated

Steps to reproduce
1 - Join a server on Fluxer that has a voice channel
2 - Connect to any voice channel using a user account
3 - From another account with moderation permissions, apply a timeout to that user
4 - Observe the user’s state after the timeout is applied
