Not applicable since it doesn't require user action.

Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.

The welcome message is automatically sent by the user who joined, so I don't think this is a bug. Could be a feature request for the messages to be sent by the application though.
