When jumping to a message on a slow enough device, chat view keeps on jumping

Summary

On my laptop at power saving mode, when I jump to a message via a link or search, it jumps uncontrollably to unloaded to loaded chats, where I expect it to jump to the message (like when my laptop on performance mode)

1. Click to a message link (or click to a search result)
