Slowmode timer doesn't sync correctly across devices (with large slowmodes)

Summary

I posted my loading quote suggestion in hq on my phone and then switched to pc. I saw that the indicator for slowmode isn't there. So for testing i tried posting a message on my pc before the timer on my phone was up. The message failed to send and the timer did apear but with a diffrent time compared the one on mobile. Reloading did not sync the timers. The timer on pc (2nd device) is shorter I'll try to send something once that one is done and post a comment with the result. The two screenshots were taken seconds apart from each other.

Steps to reproduce

1. write a message into a slowmode channel with a large timer of multiple hours (in my case it was the 6 hours of the loading quote channel)
2. wait a bit (for me it was about 2 hours)
3. send a message from another device into the channel
4. compare the slowmode timer of both devices

Environment (optional)

device 1: android firefox PWA device 2: firefox both run on stable build 351 rn but idk if they auto updated since i posted the messages
