Window control buttons are visually shown but input is captured by settings modal

Summary

Note: this is a Windows-specific UI bug and may be related to #335. When you open a settings modal (user settings or server settings), it seems to extend too far and goes over the window control buttons (minimize, restore and close). Instead of minimizing the application when you click that icon, it closes the open modal. You should be able to minimize/maximize the application while the settings are open.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a settings modal.
  2. Try to minimize or restore buttons.

Environment (optional)

stable build 330 (2ee0fad), 2026-04-14 18:41:49 UTC, Electron 39.2.7, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop stable 0.0.8
