I have previously turned a bot's user audio to 0%, then left. When i joined back, the audio was visually at 0% in the slider, but the audio was going through as if it was at 100%. changing the slider again actually applied the value.
Steps to reproduce
Turn down the user volume
Exit, restart app, do whatever (unclear)
Join back in a voice channel with the same user
(In this case it was a bot)
