UX: Claim account verification code field replaces username field

Summary

This is not a functional bug per se, but a user experience deficiency. Using the web app, when I created an account for the first time and clicked the prompt to verify/claim my account I entered my email and password. The field to enter my username was replaced with the field to enter the verification code. My password manager browser extension still recognized the verification code field as the username field and pre-filled it with my email. Because of this I didn't notice the field had changed and couldn't find where to enter the verification code until I repeated the verification process a couple times.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign out of Fluxer.
  2. Open Fluxer web.
  3. Create a new account.
  4. Enter an email and password.
