"Jump to present" button is hidden behind slowmode icon if you view chat history

In a channel with slowmode enabled, the "Jump to present" button gets hidden behind the "Slowmode" icon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a channel with slowmode enabled.
2. Scroll up in the chat until you see the "You're viewing older messages" banner.
3. Observe the "Jump to present" button.
