Noise cancellation cannot be turned on

Summary

No matter what I do, I can't activate noise cancellation. I tried using RNnoise, but I couldn't activate noise cancellation in any way on the system except perhaps in the Chrome browser, which seems to be Chrome's own noise canceller. Has anyone else found a solution?

Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
