Replying to message in notification does not respect mention preference

Reproduction steps

Have someone in a community mention you with their mention preference ( fluxer://settings/user?tab=notifications&section=mention-preference ) set to "Prefer no @mention"
In the notification, reply to the message.

Expected behaviour

The reply would respect the mention preference, and it would not be mentioned.

Actual behaviour

The reply is sent with the @mention on.
