Bluetooth audio output list fails to update when a device connects while the app is running

1: Connect a Bluetooth audio device while the app is closed. 2: Open the app and verify the device appears in the output list. 3: Close the app and disconnect the Bluetooth device. 4: Launch the app first, then connect the Bluetooth device while keeping the app in the foreground. 5: Observe that the newly connected device does not appear in the output list.

The available audio output list should automatically refresh to include newly connected Bluetooth devices while the app is running in the foreground.

The output list does not refresh. If a Bluetooth device connects while the app is open, it does not appear until the app is closed and reopened. Similarly, if a device is connected and then disconnected while the app is open, the output UI fails to fall back to the built-in speaker or earpiece, remaining stuck on "Bluetooth".
