Reactions from another user increase the count by two

Summary

I was writing with someone, when he reacted to a message, the reaction count went up by 2, not 1

Steps to reproduce

  1. React to a message over and over with the same emoji
  2. its only on the other clients side

  • Browser: Librewolf
OS:
  • Edition Windows 11 Enterprise
  • Version 24H2
  • Installed on ‎02/‎07/‎2025
  • OS build 26100.7171

Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
