Thanks for writing in. This may not be a bug for the following potential reason:

that seems to be LiveKit trying to discover its public IP over STUN and getting no answer. the new compose file hardcodes use_external_ip: true against Google's STUN servers, so if your host blocks outbound UDP to stun.l.google.com:19302 it can't start.
