Favorites -> Add Channel -> Scroll gets eaten

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Favorites
  2. Click the Favorites text for the drop-down menu
  3. Click Add Channel
  4. Select any community with enough channels that scrolling might be necessary
  5. Try scrolling

Expected behaviour

I should be able to scroll

Actual behaviour

Scrolling is technically possible, but only if you put your mouse near the edges of this modal. Having the cursor over any of the channel names causes your scrolls to get eaten.
