VOICE_E2EE feature required when Platform Wide E2EE forced

Admin panel Enable Platform Wide E2EE Create a community. Do not give it VOICE_E2EE Before joining Voice you will NOT get the text "Microphone, Camera, and screen share content are end-to-end encrypted." After joining Voice you will NOT get the icon lock (key to the top right of speaker) Grant the same community VOICE_E2EE and repeat the steps. You will now get "Microphone, Camera, and screen share content are end-to-end encrypted." prior to joining You will now see the icon on a voice channel be given a icon lock on top right of speaker.

Platform Wide E2EE should provide the icon and message without VOICE_E2EE feature enabled

Platform Wide E2EE refuses to show E2EE message and lock.
