[mobile] Remove half open position of the profile drawer

Every time I close a profile the drawer goes into a half open position. This means I need an additional click/swipe to dismiss the profile.

Remove this half open state for profile drawers (keep it for other drawers though). When a profile is in this half open state you can't see anything anyway, so no need to add an optional toggle for this, at least imo.
