Current problem
lets say for example some bot went in your sfw community with minors and immediately started posting nsfw. out of panic you just banned the user, then 1 minute later you realized that, oh wait, i should probably use the report feature.
Proposed change
the ban screen should optionally enable the moderator to report the user through a dialogue. when the report option is enabled and the dialogue is showing, the user is immediately banned but the surrounding context is saved and scheduled to be attached to the report. in addition, right clicking on a message should have the option to ban the member too, with the message being included in the context of the potential report
