Reproduction steps
- Join voice channel while a user is streaming a window + their camera
- right click their camera > pop out video
- focus their stream in the main window, the popped-out camera video turns into a loading spinner
- unfocus their stream, the popped-out camera video returns to normal
Expected behaviour
Popped-out video keeps playing while a different stream is focused in the main window
Actual behaviour
The popped-out video cuts out until the stream is unfocused.
However, it doesn't happen when
- the window share is popped out and the camera is focused
- both are popped out
