Align community list to any side of the window (Horizontal community list)

Current problem

Depending on the system's screen setup and/or user workflow, the community list's placement (on the left side of the window) is inconvenient and wastes more screen space than needed, like when using Fluxer in vertical/portrait screens. For example, I primarily use Fluxer in a vertical monitor to the right of a horizontal screen and, right now, the alignment of the community list wastes valuable screen space and requires moving the mouse further from my landscape display to switch channels, an action arguably done more often than switching communities which are in the way.

Proposed change

Let the user align the community list to any side of the window (left, right, up, down).

Platform

macOS, Windows, Linux, Web

Additional information

Community themes already achieve this, for example https://github.com/carlfully/fluxer-snippets/blob/main/snippets/horizontal-serverbar.css, I am proposing it as a feature in Fluxer itself because I believe it'd solve a genuine UI/UX issue for systems with multiple screens that we shouldn't rely on themes to fix. There is a similar feature request for the mobile app here: https://feedback.fluxer.com/p/3576/alternative-to-vertical-community-list-on-mobile but it proposes showing the community list as a home screen-like grid. Perhaps that could also be useful for the desktop/web app when running Fluxer on devices with touchscreens like laptops.
