Can't access to archived forum links when shared by someone else

CR: Canary Desktop 2026.1106.11354, Web 2026.1106.11354, Linux 7.2.15-200.fc44.x86_64 (x64), Electron 44.10.0, Chrome 152.0.7977.169, Node 24.22.1, Locale en-GB Links to closed forum posts show "No Access" when not in client cache, and clicking them erroneously gives an access denied error. Same issue exists for threads. Easy way to reproduce:

1. Create a forum channel
2. Create a forum post
3. Close it
4. Copy the link to it and post it in another text channel (it looks normal at this point)
5. Ctrl+R to refresh client
