Uploaded videos show a black screen or never load

Summary

When someone upload a video, it's unplayable. On the app, i have the sound but no image except a black square. On the browser, it simply doesn't load, only a spinning icon in a black square with the timer at "0:00/0:00".

Steps to reproduce

  1. play a video

This error message will be blank when privacy.resistFingerprinting = true.  If it is really necessary, please add it to the whitelist in MediaError::GetMessage: Failed to open media [useMediaPlayer.tsx:280:17](webpack://fluxer_app/src/components/media_player/hooks/useMediaPlayer.tsx)

Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
