On rexctl auto-upgrade allow notifications for private, token based, Ntfy servers

Right now rexctl auto-upgrade notifications don’t work with a private, secured, Ntfy server

Allow, for instance, in the vars for us to define an optional token (and maybe also the url) necessary to connect to a private password protected Ntfy server.
