Text animation issue on mobile photo picker

Prerequisite: The app must not have permissions to access your media. There are a few ways to accomplish this:

1. Fresh reinstall the app
2. For Android, go to the system's App Info -> Permissions -> Photos and Videos -> Don't allow

Reproduction steps:

1. Go to any text channel
2. Press the + to begin attaching a file
3. Do not grant any permissions. Swipe the drawer up instead.

The text should animate smoothly

There is a weird jump during the drawer animation. See recording. Note: recording was done on Canary, but this is present on Beta as well.
