Vertical centering of message bar elements on mobile is off

(#4658) Bug Open: Confirmed Priority: P3 messaging mobile ui
by FullestReviewer

Reproduction steps

  1. Look at the message bar
  2. Can't unsee

Expected behaviour

Things should be centered

Actual behaviour

They are not. The + is slightly too low, and maybe the other icons are too. It's hard to tell. I am very sorry

After talking it over with some people, it seems this doesn't manifest exactly the same way for everyone. Guessing there might be something to do with device dimensions that affects this, but not sure.
