Reproduction steps
- Upload an image with an ICC profile, ideally one that's extremely different to make spotting the difference easy.
- Observe the uploaded image having the incorrect colours, along with it's blurhash.
- Click on the image to see the full resolution popup display the correct colours.
Expected behaviour
The preview image along with the blurhash should take ICC profiles into account.
Actual behaviour
ICC profiles appear to be stripped or ignored prior to processing.

Attached is a screenshot containing an icc profile that flips the hue. Note that the image must be downloaded, right clicking and selecting "copy image" can cause the browser to convert it to regular sRGB.
