Tagged/named admin settings checkpoints

Every settings change in the admin panel is a single unnamed save with no history or rollback potential in case misconfigurations happen or bugged combinations of settings are set

Start each instance off with a "Original Defaults" 'save point', then allow instance admins to snapshot their instance config settings in "named checkpoints" that can be rolled back to by some dropdown menu or other more ergonomic/accessible method in a "config checkpoints" page or something.
