Summary
Sometimes, when a new user joins a voice channel, not everyone can hear them. To hear the new participant, a rejoin of the channel is needed. The issue happens inconsistently but causes inconvenience during conversations.
Steps to reproduce
Join a voice channel.
A new user joins the same channel.
Some users cannot hear the new participant.
Rejoining the channel fixes the problem.
