Reproduction steps
- live in a wildly off-utc timezone (like utc-10 or smth) (might be expensive)
- get operator badge (might be expensive)
- hover over the operator badge icon
Expected behaviour
it shows when you got the badge in your local time
Actual behaviour
it shows it in utc because the api returns utc time
