Messages sent by me are treated as newly recieved messages

Reproduction steps

  1. Send a message in DMs. Have not tested in a server as of now
  2. Leave the DM to the messages tab to see your message is treated as a new recieved message

Expected behaviour

Not to see any new activity unless I've been @ed or sent a DM

Actual behaviour

UI elements are displaying, giving the impression I've recieved a new message when I was the last person to send one.

Reproduction steps

​1. Receive a new message in DM, causing an unread notification dot to appear. ​2. Open the DM chat and view or reply to the incoming message. ​3. Go back to the DMs list and change to another chat. ​4. Go back again to the chat you replied and check the behavior of the notification dot and the "NEW" marker inside the chat.

Expected behaviour

The unread notification dot and "NEW" message indicator should immediately clear and disappear once the user enters the chat, reads the messages, or sends a reply.

Actual behaviour

The notification indicator persists even after replying, sometimes marking the user's own reply as the "NEW" message, or remaining active indefinitely until restarting the app or waiting several seconds.
