No error appears when accepting a friend request fails from the Pending tab

Summary

When attempting to add a friend in the Pending section of "My Friends" and there is an issue, there is no popup for the user that says that there was an issue adding the friend. I would expect an error, instead I see nothing in the UI. When I click on the user profile and attempt to add a friend from there, I do see a error that pops up saying "Failed to accept friend request, please try again."

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Direct Messages (Fluxer icon, top left of window)
2. Go to Friends
3. Go to Pending
4. Attempt to add a friend that could not be added

Notice that error does not show up.

Logs or screenshots (optional)

I do get an Uncaught (in promise) ApiResponseError: [400] PUT /users/@me/relationships/:id0 in the console when adding a friend in the pending page that doesn't appear when I view the users profile.
