Include channel name in the rendered message links

When seeing a rendered message link, I cannot tell which channel the linked message is in, only which community it is in.

I'd like the rendered message link to show me the channel name that the linked message is in, if I can see that channel. At the very least, I'd expect that to happen when the message link is for a message in the same community.

On Discord, message links within the same server render the channel name, while message link to a message in another server seem to only render the server name.
