Current problem
Assuming I'm in a text channel on the same server where I am currently in a voice call and someone starts a stream: To join the stream I would have to hover over the user, or open the voice call UI and press the "watch stream" button to start watching his stream.
Proposed change
A small improvement to this would be to just allow double clicking the user to join his stream.
