Current problem
It is sometimes difficult to see who is new in a server as a staff member which can affect some decisions.
Proposed change
a "This user is new badge" which is an opt in feature for some roles with higher permissions so staff can see it but your average joe schmo cannot. This avoids possible harassment.
Additional information
Maybe it can be a small emoji tag that goes beside your role icon. The tag disappears after maybe a week or like 3 days.
