Notification Audio Device Set to Different Device than Voice Audio Device

Current problem

I use conference speakers for my partner and I when chatting with friends (we had awful internet for the longest time, and it saved bandwidth, and we both hate wearing headphones, but we play online in the same room!) and my notifications scream at us when we're playing with friends. I don't want to turn the master volume down for notifications, because then they're too quiet coming out of my typical speakers (where I'd prefer they always come out from) when we're not in an online call.

Proposed change

Let me choose an audio output device for notifications (so I can set them to my desktop speakers) to a different device than the audio output device for voice (so I can continue setting it to my conference device). This way, I won't have to adjust the volume of notifications when we are in a call.
