Non-LDH domains are urlencoded instead of punycoded in login form

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the profile chooser
  2. Click "Add an account"
  3. Click "Change" to edit the instance you login to
  4. Enter something with non-LDH chars, in my example flx.öwö.de
  5. Press "Connect"

Expected behaviour

It punycodes the domain and I can login to flx.xn--w-0gab.de.

Actual behaviour

It URL-encodes the domain and I get an error that the domain flx.%C3%B6w%C3%B6.de could not be reached.
