Add ability to toggle between a horizontal and vertical chat layout in voice channels

Currently, the text chat in voice chats is placed below the user/screenshare view with no ability to change to a different layout. Though this allows for a lot of space to view streams and such, having to resize the text chat to view any reasonable amount of chat history gets annoying at times, and sometimes I am unable to do so due to being focused on another window.

Something that could solve this issue is to provide the option to toggle between a horizontal and vertical layout in voice channels, so that instead of the chat being below the user view it is beside it. This allows you to view more of the chat history at once and also makes it easier to view images that have been posted in the text chat.
