Settings do not update when switching instance

(#4545) Bug Open: Confirmed Priority: P2 mobile self-hosting

Reproduction steps

  1. Be logged into two different accounts with different settings (I checked the privacy section, but this might apply elsewhere too)
  2. Launch Fluxer
  3. Open the privacy settings
  4. Note that the settings (e.g. who can call you) correctly match the settings for the instsnce you were logged into at startup
  5. Switch to the other instance
  6. Open the privacy settings

Expected behaviour

The settings should update to match the instance I'm currently logged into

Actual behaviour

The settings from the previous instance are displayed

Version 2026.10.100, Beta 16, Channel Beta, Build 2875, Android 17 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 8, Locale en-BE, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.9, Dart 3.13.7

CR: Version 2026.10.100, Beta 16, Channel Beta, Build 2875, Android 16 (arm64), Device Google Pixel 9a, Locale en-US, Push fcm, Flutter 3.47.9, Dart 3.13.7 Note: This issue does not seem to affect the desktop client, so I believe this may just be a visual bug on the mobile client rather than something with any functional impact.
