Show Role Icons in the text of messages pinging them

Role Icons display next to the usernames of people who have them, but that role icon is not shown in the message text when pinging them.

Example: If I have a role titled "Gamer" with an icon (I'll substitute % for the icon), when I ping @Gamer, it should show something like % @Gamer when posted in chat.
